26th June 2020

Dear Parents,
As we come to the end of the school year, I would like to thank you, our parents for all the support you have shown to the school this year. I wish you and your families a safe and happy summer.

I would like to bring the following important information to your attention.

Graduation:
The 6th Class Graduation will take place on Monday 6th July at 2pm in the school grounds.

Summer Camp:
This summer Tynock National School will receive funding from the Department of Education to host a free summer camp for 36 students in our school. The camp ‘Re-engagement with schools Summer Camp 2020’ will run at a ratio of 1 teacher to 12 pupils and will take place from Monday 17th August – Friday 21st August. The camp will feature a fun week of literacy, numeracy, aistear, music, art, drama and PE.
Unfortunately, not all pupils will be able to attend.  If your child/children will be away that week or you don’t wish for your child to attend please contact me as soon as possible. A lottery system may have to be used to allocate some places to pupils.
